At Redeemer Church, we firmly believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, through His Holy Spirit, appoints men to serve in leadership roles within His church and has specifically ordained two offices: elders and deacons. This belief is rooted in Scripture, affirming that God gifts individuals to lead, guide, and nurture His people.
As shepherds under the authority of the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ, our leaders are committed to fulfilling their responsibilities with humility, integrity, and grace. They prioritize prayer and the ministry of the Word, understanding that spiritual growth and guidance come from being anchored in Scripture and in communion with God as we seek His direction for the church’s mission and the lives of those we serve.
Our mission at Redeemer Church is to equip all believers for the work of the ministry, guiding everyone toward spiritual maturity in Christ. This involves fostering a community where individuals can grow in their faith, discover their spiritual gifts, and participate actively in the life of the church. We strive to establish a community of discipleship, accountability, and encouragement where members can support and hold one another accountable in their Christian walk.
